Hometown: Elk Grove, CA
Relentless is the word that defines Hayley Watson. The Cal State East Bay and UC Merced standout announced herself on the college scene as a freshman, helping the Pioneers reach the CCAA Finals in 2024. Comfortable flying up the flank or sitting in defensively, Hayley's two-way game makes her a nightmare for opponents. She plays with a calm exterior that masks a fierce competitive drive — a winger who never stops working and never stops running. When she's not on the pitch, you'll find her thrifting or out on the water wakeboarding.

Karlee Larson | #6
Forward
Hometown: Rocklin, CA
Power. Composure. Goals. Karlee Larson came into her freshman season at Nevada already carrying high school offensive player of the year honors — and she backed it up, making her mark in 15 collegiate appearances. Her game is built around finding the back of the net, and it shows in the way she positions herself and strikes the ball. Off the pitch, she's equally focused — an early riser, a coffee shop explorer, and a Yerba Madre ambassador who takes care of her body as seriously as she takes care of her craft. Karlee is here to score, and Iron Rose is the perfect stage to do it.
