This partnership aligns two organizations deeply committed to player growth - from grassroots soccer to high-level competition. Through this collaboration, select teams within Roseville SC now operate as part of the Iron Rose FC Academy, giving players early access to the culture, training methodology, and competitive edge of Iron Rose FC.

Player Pathway

The Academy serves as a vital part of the Iron Rose FC player development model. Standout players may be invited to train with Iron Rose FC senior teams, attend ID camps, or compete in showcase events.

Many of our WPSL and TLC athletes got their start in local clubs just like Roseville SC - and this partnership ensures the next generation has a roadmap forward.
